1. When something/someone is declared PIMP, they hold the PIMP title forever unless that object or person does something fucked up which, in turn, will lower their ranking to NOT PIMP.
2. Once something/someone has been declared NOT PIMP, the title cannot be revoked unless that object or person appeals to the blogger.
